| Almost all of Hanet Plastics' manufacturing process is done in house. The manufacturing process begins with our in house pattern maker who designs the packaging tray or liner to client specifications. A tooling mold is manufactured on site to be prepared for production. Hanet Plastics is equipped with its own extruders for manufacturing plastic sheet rolls (available in several colours). Plastic rolls are fed into the vacuum or pressure forming machines to yield the final product. Every sanitary measure is taken to ensure that the product is of the highest quality prior to being packaged and sent out to our customers. |
